The experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, the lobby and hallways had a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of sewage. Upon settling in, the female night clerk and her friends were disruptive, playing loud music and carrying on well into the night. The lack of attention to these issues and the uncomfortable atmosphere overshadowed any redeeming qualities of the stay.

I greatly enjoyed its impeccably clean and attractive rooms.
the most important was the staff - accommodating and amicable people. the food was good - a huge variety of options.

the front desk girl was very good had a microwave and mini fridge
everything the furnishings are out of the 60's - room smelled moved once to another room and it was just slightly better old and smelled bad

Noisy occupants letting dogs run crazy all night long. These people were in the unit above mine and I complained to the front desk about 3 times to no avail. Learned there were bed bugs in the room next to mine in April 2012. This made us feel at risk.

It was a decent option for a quick break in Selma with value for price. The room was always clean, which I appreciate. Make sure to check your points accumulation if you're a frequent traveler.

The days inn has a nice outdoor pool and fitness center. The evening staff were great. It's conveniently close to highway 95, a plus for travelers.

Fairly clean hotel, helpful staff & wonderful location to a buffet style restaurant which was convenient. Attractive and beautiful rooms with private bathrooms and a microwave, coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator.
